Message Campaign donors

Messaging Campaign donors is a great way to keep them updated and engaged throughout your Campaign. For example, you can send a message to celebrate reaching specific milestones and/or the end of the Campaign.

This feature is currently only available on the web, and is not yet available on the mobile app.

Select Giving Groups & Campaigns at the top of your screen.
Select your Campaign under Campaigns you manage.
Select Edit. You’ll be taken to the Campaign basics page.
Select Messaging from the menu on the left.

Note:

Campaign and Giving Group administrators will always receive any messages you send.
